DON'T
FORGET ABOUT OHLAP
If
your child is in the 8th, 9th, or 10th grades and your family income is
$50,000 or less you could possibly enroll in the Oklahoma Higher
Learning Access Program. You must graduate from an Oklahoma high
school, take 17 units of high school courses while achieving at least a
2.5 GPA, attend school regularly and meet with your counselor to make
sure that you are in the classes that you need to fulfill OHLAP
requirements for graduation. You must apply before June of your
10th grade year. You can pick up applications from your school
counselor or from the OHLAP's Web site at www.okhighered.org/ohlap.

Emergency Procedures:
In the event of an emergency which
requires evacuation from the building, there will be a command center
where parents will be able to obtain information and/or check our their
child from school. This location is dependant on the nature of the
emergency.
In the event of an emergency which
requires the building to be locked down, no child will be released for
any circumstances once the building has been locked down.
Remember, we are only able to release a
student to an authorized parent or legal guardian.
